- Orders placed before [12:00 PM] (GST) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after [12:00 PM] (GST), or on Sundays and UAE public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
2. 1-Business Day Delivery Timeline
Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered within 1 business days anywhere across the UAE (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Sunday is our weekly holiday.
- Example 1 (Weekday): Order placed on Tuesday at 10:00 AM - Processed Tuesday and Delivered by Wednesday.
- Example 2 (Weekend): Order placed on Saturday at 3:00 PM - Processed Monday and Delivered by Tuesday.
3. Shipping Fees

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Restrictions & Remote Areas
We deliver across all major cities in the UAE. However, deliveries to certain remote or western region areas (such as Al Ruwais, Liwa, or specific oil & gas fields) may require an additional 1–2 business days. If your address falls into a remote zone, our team will contact you.
